At Sneex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our streamlined process ensures that if the fit isn't perfect, getting your refund or a new pair is quick and easy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn sneakers back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
